Important Account and Documentation RequirementsTo ensure eligibility for registration, all new skater accounts, account modifications, and required documentation updates must be completed and submitted to the club at least 48 hours before the opening of the applicable registration period. The club must be notified of any new account creation or account modification so that the required registration permissions can be assigned. If the club is not notified at least 48 hours before registration opens, the skater will not be able to register, as the required permissions will not have been applied to the account. For the addition of a new eligible family member, please complete the following form: LINK TO ADDITION OF SKATER Carte Loisirs Requirement A valid Saint-Laurent-issued Carte Loisirs is required for the creation and maintenance of all skater accounts. Please note that the Saint-Laurent Borough's Carte Loisirs system is not linked to the club's registration system. Parents and guardians are responsible for submitting a copy of any new or renewed Carte Loisirs card directly to the club. As we prepare for the upcoming season, we have identified that some Carte Loisirs expiry dates may not have been recorded correctly in our database. To ensure that your account remains up to date and eligible for registration, please submit a copy of your current Carte Loisirs card so that we can update your file and ensure that you receive the resident rate reduction. Important: Any Carte Loisirs expiring before September 30, 2026, must be renewed and submitted to the club prior to registration. Accounts without a valid Carte Loisirs on file beyond September 30, 2026, will be charged the non-resident rate. No adjustments to the invoice will be made if the information not submitted within the required timeline. [LINK TO UPDATE CARTE LOISIRS FORM] |
