Summer School 2024
Note: We do not offer a day camp. There are no monitors.

Applications are accepted on a first come, first serve basis. There are a limited number of places available for all sessions.

- All participants must ensure that the carte biblio loisirs issued by the borough of Saint Laurent in their account is valid until June 30, 2024. If the carte biblio loisirs has been updated, the account holder must submit a copy of the card 48 hours before registration to obtain the maximum discounts.
- Skaters MUST create their account at least 48 hours before registration. They must inform the club of the update and the skater must receive a confirmation from the club before they can register.

Skaters who were not already registered as a Skate Canada member for the 2023-2024 are not eligible to register in the Summer School.
PRIVATE SESSIONS: The parent is responsible for selecting the coach of their choice. List of coaches. The parent must confirm that their coach is available BEFORE the registration for ice time is completed. An administrative fee of $5 will apply for changes requested within 24 hours of completion of the registration. Administrative fees of $25 will apply for all requests to change sessions made after the 24 hours window. Teaching fees are paid directly to the coach.

Skaters registered for the 2023-2024 season in private or have passed a minimum of one STAR test. CanSkate skaters who have passed Badge 5 and will skate in the Junior Private category for the 2024-2025 season. 5 days per week. Minimum registration = 2 weeks Registration includes: ice time, stroking and off-ice. The skater book lesson time with their coach and lesson fees are paid directly to their coach. 2nd club registration possible |
Skaters registered in CanSkate or Private for the regular (F/W 2023-2024) or Spring 2024 season. ie has a Skate Canada membership for the 2023-2024 season Minimum number of sessions for CanSkate : 3 sessions for the summer Minimum number of sessions for private : 4 sessions for the summer 2nd club registration possible |

General Conditions
Intensive day sessions
- 2 Ice sessions per day
- 1 stroking sesson per day
- Off ice training - cardio and strength training, movement, balance and core
Intensive Day - Inter 2 / Senior - Group 1
Intensive Day - Junior / Inter 1 - Group 2
Evening group sessions
CanSkate Group Lessons: Tuesday and/or Thursday 17:55 - 18:45 (minimum registration 4 classes)
Pre-STAR Development Group Session - Tuesday and/or Thursday 17:15-17:35 (off-ice) 17:45-18:45 (on ice) (minimum registration 4 classes)
Evening Private sessions

The evening program is available to skaters who meet the following criteria:
Plage 1 Monday and/or Wednesday. Skaters who have not completed Badge 5 must wear a CSA hockey helmet. If they do not intend to skate in private for the 2023-2024 season can only register for Plage 1. Skaters who have not successfully completed the CanSkate Badge 5 level must leave the ice at the end of the lesson, they are not permitted to skate on the ice without constant supervision of their coach. Inter 2 and Senior level skaters are not advised to register for this session.
Plage 2 Monday to Thursday. Skater who have completed Badge 5 and who intend to skate in the Junior private category for the 2024-2025 season.
Plage 1, 2 and/or 3 Monday to Thursday. Skaters registered for the 2023-2024 season, Spring 2024 season (Junior, Intermediate and Senior) can register
