• Registration for new members is not possible if the skater has achieved Badge 5 or higher. We do not have sufficient space to accept 2nd club registrations.
• The account holder is responsible to provide copies of all updated information via email (cpa.stlaurent@gmail.com) 48 houres BEFORE registration. (i.e. new account, new skater, updated carte loisirs)
• The carte loisirs associated with the skater in the account must be valid until the end of the month of September 2024.  Please note that the registration system used by the club is not linked to the Carte Loisirs system managed by the borough of Saint Laurent.  We kindly request that the account holder send a copy of the updated carte loisirs to the club email : cpa.stlaurent@gmail.com a minimum of 48 hours before registration to allow the volunteers to update the skaters file.
  Please note that if the updated card has not been submitted a minimun of 48 hours before the skater registers, we will not apply the reduced resident rate.
  Similarly if you are applying for the low income reduction, you will have to contact the borough of Saint Laurent to obtain the required documentation.  This documentation must also be submitted to the club a minimum of 48 hours before the skater registers.

Registrations which have been completed without providing the mandatory documents and a confirmation of the account update will not receive the associated discounts. In accordance with the borough policies, no adjustments will be issued once the registration has been finalized by the account holder. 

Please note that if you have an unpaid balance, you will not be able to register in any class until the balance is paid.

Take the time to review your choices during the registration process. All sessions remain visible even if all spots are taken so you can place your name on the waitlist. The system will allow you sufficient time to complete the registration process. There is no need to rush through your selection. 

The prices stated in your basket reflect the non- discounted rate. Discounts for residents, club members will be automatically calculated at the payment step. Note: If you have not provided updated information or are registering after having created an account you will be charged the maximum fee with no discounts.  Please compare the fee in your basket to what the FAQ fee structure.  If the final fee is substantially higher please contact the club BEFORE completing the payment.

You can review if you have completed your transaction by viewing the invoice or calendar tab. If you have correctly performed the registration process, the sessions you have selected will appear in an invoice and your calendar.

If you choose to make an online payment by credit card and the transaction is denied, we ask that you do not try to repeat the transaction. Please communicate with your credit card provider for more information on the refusal before trying again. Please note that the transaction will remain in your basket for at least 15 minutes. If the card is still refused, please send an email to the club (cpa.stlaurent@gmail.com) and we will attempt to try to reserve your spot during your communication with your credit card provider.
